The Queens of Exercise!

What a day! Here’s what we did:
Continental Spa breakfast- yummy!
StepĀ  Class- oh my goodness, I am the most uncoordinated person ever. But, my heart was pumping during this class!
Balance Techniques in the Therapy Pool- 94 degrees, floating on water noodles and a great, gentle workout. Loved it.
Yogilates- combo yoga/Pilates- loved this one too.
